Start seriously looking for a job now but if you are offered a position tell the employer you need to be able to give your current job 2 or 3 weeks notice. It will force the current boss to hire someone but also give her the needed time to do it. You take care of both yourself and current employer. You need a secure job so you can feel financially safe again. Take care of yourself because the panic attacks over this are just not worth it. Well that is my 2 cents worth of opinion.
