Gotcha. I didn't stop eating one thing when I had gallstones and I do recognize your situation is a bit different.
Is there any kind of yogurt you can eat? I was crazy about yogurt!

I do love the Panda Puffs. I don't get 'em anymore because if they're in the house, Sonya's liable to get hooked on them. We give the kids Cheerios, Life and Rice Krispies. No Lucky Charms here! ;)

How are you doing today?

I dunno...a quick google search turned up "Egg consumption is a very frequent cause of gallbladder symptoms. It is uncertain whether the white of the egg is partially or totally responsible for this allergic reaction. Most studies have eliminated the entire egg when addressing this problem." -http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/cond/C141081.html
So I'm just going to avoid cooking up eggs altogether for awhile.

Regarding cereal, I do eat a bowl of cereal or two with breakfast several times per week. My favourite is the EnviroKidz brand Panda Puffs - http://www.naturespath.com/envirokidz/food
- but cereal alone doesn't give me the protein I need in the morning. I will definitely sugar-crash before 9am if all I eat is cereal. So I'm looking at what else to do in the morning instead of eggs, now.
