Hi,

I have followed your blog for a while as I have same problem: very severe endometriosis and very severe period pain. I'm a Chinese so I tried many other alternative oriental treatment methods. My adhesion is very very severe so those methods couldn't cure me but it did help to control my situation. Here is things I will suggest you to try: it should be harmless but it will work, much better than taking different kind of medications.

1. Stop eating/drinking any iced food/beverage (only room temperature is acceptable)
2. Use very hot water to soak your feet for 20 minutes every night before going to bed. It will also help your sleep.
3. Try Moxibustion on top of your belly. If time allowed, at least 20 minutes a day. It has more good effect that just a warm pad. However, the smoke is very strong and smells like marijana. Please believe me, the smoke is harmless.

A book. (I haven't read it, I just searched online)

You can also check with your acupuncturist. I will I can talk with you in details if you like. There are many things you can do by yourself other than taking medications. I will help.

Hi Lola,

Listen, I know you mean well, but I really need to say something. I have done the fish oil routine. I am currently doing the Evening Primrose Oil thing. I take Vitamin D and Vitamin C. Please see my vitamins and supplements page - I've mentioned that page several times in my posts.

Do you mean Anne Louise Gittleman? I'll look it over, thanks.

Asking me if I've heard of the Endometriosis Research Center is like asking me if I know my first name. Same thing for centerforendo.com and same for any excision surgeon on the market right now. Have you really seen livingwithendometriosis.org ? These organisations are listed on the front page of my website, under "Organisations".

I always have time where I will "feel better" - I have roughly two good weeks out of every month. When I'm not well, I let the world hear about it - that's the entire point of this website.
