Thanks for linking to my article. This is the first time I'm hearing about endometriosis and it certainly sounds like a lot of pain! Boy, must been really tough for you all these years!

Regarding cooking oil, organic extra virgin olive oil should be fine if used moderately as it doesn't contain as high of omega-6 fats as other vegetable oils like safflower, soy and corn oil.

Besides avoiding inflammatory foods, you may also like to include more anti-inflammatory foods to boost the levels of inflammation-dousing compounds in your body. You can check out this &lt;a href="http://theconsciouslife.com/top-10-anti-inflammatory-foods.htm" rel="nofollow"&gt;anti-inflammatory foods list&lt;/a&gt; for some ideas. Even if they do not directly improve your situation, they won't do harm to your body either. :)
