Is Endometriosis A Cancer?

Posted by steph

For years, the debate has raged over whether endometriosis itself is a cancer, or predisposes a person to cancer. The answer so far is that endometriosis is cancer-like, but is itself not a cancer.

However, people with endometriosis are slightly predisposed towards some types of cancer over those who do not have endometriosis.
