For years, the debate has raged over whether endometriosis is a cancer or predisposes a woman to cancer. The answer so far is that endometriosis is cancer-like, but is itself not a cancer, and that women with endometriosis are be slightly predisposed towards some types of cancer over women who do not have endometriosis.
